Lead Replacement Policy
At Elevation, we are committed to delivering high-quality lead generation and marketing services. We take every step possible to ensure the leads you receive match your order and expectations.
However, due to the nature of online data and consumer behavior, not every lead will be perfect. When a lead meets specific criteria outlined below, we will replace it at no cost.
Replacement Request Window
All replacement requests must be submitted within:
72 hours of receiving the final lead in your order
Requests submitted outside of this timeframe will not be eligible for review.

Eligible for Replacement
Leads may qualify for replacement if they meet one of the following conditions:

Disconnected Phone Numbers and Wrong / Bad Address
- Must have both to qualify
- A wrong or bad address only constitutes if the person no longer lives at the address or if the address does not exist
- Our support team will verify each request by calling the number to confirm it is disconnected

Duplicate Leads (Within 30 Days)
- Must be a duplicate received within 30 days of getting the same lead
- This only applies to Facebook leads, not leads bought outside of this lead type

Age Outside Acceptable Range
- Lead is under 45 or over age 89

Out of Geographic Area
- Lead falls outside the requested target territory
- Must be 5+ miles outside the selected area
Not Eligible for Replacement
The following situations do not qualify for replacement:
- ❌ Unresponsive leads (no answer, voicemail, call screening)
- ❌ Wrong numbers or incorrect consumer-provided information
- ❌ Duplicate leads received after 30 days
- ❌ Any free leads / leads bought using lead credit
- ❌ Standard sales objections or lack of interest
Additional Eligibility Conditions (Strict Criteria)
To qualify under certain cases, leads must meet the following:
- Must have both:
- Disconnected phone number and
- Invalid or non-existent address
- Single-factor issues (for example, just a wrong number) are not sufficient
Replacement Limits
- Replacements are capped at 25% of the total lead order
- Any requests beyond this threshold will not be fulfilled
Refund Policy
- All sales are final
- Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion only
- In some cases, additional replacement leads may be provided instead of a refund
Billing & Dispute Agreement
By purchasing leads, you agree to the following:
- You waive any right to dispute charges with your bank or credit provider
- Any billing disputes must be handled directly through our support team
